If I get the annual plan, is it hard to cancel if it doesn't work out? What's their refund policy like?

I think they don't do refunds for annual plans after a certain point, like after the initial trial or something. You can cancel your subscription from your account settings though, it just won't renew.

Totally. That's one of their main selling points. You can set up your own custom domain so all your short links use that instead of 'tly.com/something'. Makes everything look way more professional.

The free trial is pretty good for testing out the main features, like link shortening and basic analytics. It gives you a feel for the dashboard. There are limits on how many links you can make and how much data you get, but enough to know if you like it.
